Marc Frisanco has traveled the world protecting and enforcing intangible Intellectual Property Rights. For more than 35 years he was confronted with solving riddles involving trademarks, copyrights , designs , patents in very different geographical , economic and social contexts . Moving from private practice to in-house, he conceived general brand protection programs implemented worldwide blending corporate multinational culture and the much -needed knowledge of different legal systems. Mr. Frisanco has a solid knowledge of the luxury business and is currently involved in helping companies to enhance their development in China in particular by leveraging the digital tools available.
